As a second, I would love to see Katherine before the Salvatores, and as the third, another Katherine/Damon/Stefan fb.
And honestly, I don't really care about Stefan&Damon before Katherine.

I think Katherine's background could be really interesting. I'd love to when Katherine was turned and by who and what caused her to be so manipulative. I'd also really like to see another Stefan/Katherine/Damon flashback, love the dynamics between them.
Of course I'd love all of these flashbacks (love flashbacks in general on TVD:D).
