I think she's perfect for the role cause she can play the nice 'girl from اگلے door' but she also plays katherine in that bitchy way really awesome.

Blonde hair & blue eyes is very stereo typical look( I know that's Elena in the books, ya ya). I like Nina! I think that دکھائیں has a darkness to & blonde hair might ruin her character. PLUS I wouldn't be able to think of anyone else to play Elena :P

i know she is hot..but this role demands someone much مزید beautiful and yes a blond with blue eyes would have been really good. i can totally picture someone like taylor تیز رو, سوئفٹ in that role.

I think they couldn't have found a better actress to play Elena/Katherine. Nina is perfect acting as good-girl Elena and then bad-ass Katherine the اگلے minute. She is GREAT!

I think Nina Dobrev is perfect for the part. She's gorgeous so it's totally realistic that two really hot vampires would be in love with her haha :) Plus, she's got that innocent vibe, but Nina is such a good actress that she can be completely and utterly EVIL.
