I do believe that Stefan loves Elena, In my opinion, Stefan is acting like a guy that is dealing with the ex-girlfriend just دکھانا up out of nowhere. I di know what it feels like to be treated like crap. I was just going سے طرف کی what Isobel did before she died. She gave her up because she loved Elena and wanted to do what was best for her.
