Flora’s POV
I walked with Maya away from the palace and had my suitcase rolling along behind me. I had no where to go. Everyone was being held captive in the palace that would be able to take care of me. And Icy surely knew what she was doing. I went back to Alfea to see that she had covered it with dome of ice. I checked the other schools and it was all the same. So I couldn’t seek help from any of the schools. Being powerless, I couldn’t open a portal to any other realm. I was just stuck, all سے طرف کی myself. I walked through the forest to the only place I could go. To the studio. I went in and I even brought Maya in, it’s not like it mattered. And I needed her with me, she’s all I have now. I slide down the دیوار unable to do anything. I feel hopeless. There is just no hope. I put my head into my knees and I cry. It’s all I can do. I know Miele told me to stay strong, and Helia would want me to too... but I can’t. There is absolutely nothing here to keep me strong. I realize that I didn’t have a blanket یا anything like that so I decided maybe I should go to the store. Maybe I’ll meet someone along the way.
I ride Maya to the store still a little teary but whatever. I leave Maya tied to a درخت and walk into the store. As I walk down the aisle on the people give me mean stares یا simply turn their heads away in disgust. I don’t understand why. I pick up a two blankets, some pillows, and some food I couldn’t starve myself afterall and the studio does have a باورچی خانے, باورچی خانہ where the lounge was so I can still cook and head to check out still wondering why the people treated me like that. As the cashier started ringing in the items I pulled out my wallet. An announcement came over the speaker.
“Hello Lynphea,” The person said. The voice was Icy which caught my attention.
“This is your new princess speaking. I know I announced this earlier but I thought I should announce it again. If آپ see Flora Cedilla be sure to give her a tough time for me will ya? And if I find out that anyone helps her,” She کہا then laughed before finishing with…
“You will die.” Then she stops talking. The lady put the last blanket in the bag and I handed her the money to pay for everything.
“You have a good دن now.” She said. I quickly grabbed the bags and ran out back to Maya. I untied her and then started running back to the studio. Crying even more.
I ran into the room and put bags down and lied on the ground and cried. Why can’t she just leave me alone? I continued crying. And ended up crying myself to sleep.
I woke up. and rubbed my eyes Maya was on the other side of the room sleeping too. I realized there was a blanket on me. She must’ve did it. I thought that was cute. The bags with food were still out though hopefully nothing didn’t spoil. I took the bags to the lounge and put them in the fridge and cabinets then I headed back to the room. I just realized that it was a lot colder than it was before I fell asleep. The air conditioning wasn’t on یا anything so I didn’t understand so I went and looked out the window. And gasped. It was snowing, in the middle of July. This is ridiculous. I closed the windows, the blinds. and the curtains. And rubbed my shoulders to try to warm up. I head over and get my blanket and put it over me. I look at myself in the mirror and I am a mess but I look closer at something in my hair. At first I think it’s because of the darkness of the room so I turn the light on and it was no lighting issue. My hair was turning dark brown. And it was almost all completely brown it looked like I had dip dyed the ends of my hair a lighter brown. Icy taking my magic is making the spell wear off. When I changed my name to Flora I changed my appearance as well.
“No.” Is all I can say.
“No!” I yell before pounding my fist on the mirror which makes it crack a little.
سے طرف کی tomorrow, all the magic would been gone and I’d be my old self again. I sigh. I guess it was time to get rid of the mask anyway. My stomach growls and I decide to go make some pizza.
***3 months later***
The spell was completely broken and I had my old appearance back before I had changed my name to Flora. My hair was shorter, about to my jawline and it was all dark brown and my eyes were زیتون green instead of مرکت, ایمرلڈ green. I honestly did care that much it was just overwhelming that it had happened so quickly. Living in the studio with Maya in the freezing cold but the heater did work so we used that. But it was still cold. I had to keep running off to the stables to get گھاس, ہے for Maya. And I kept plenty of water around. It’s like a daily thing now I wish it wasn’t but I had to, she has to eat. Yesterday before I went to the store I did some درخت hopping to check on the palace to see what it looked like and what not. I couldn’t get close because Icy apparently had summoned an entire army to surround the castle. I grow a little sadder knowing this now and I leave. One bright side about my appearance being different is that it is easier to go to the store without being verbally abused یا get mean stares. Walking back to the studio I remember thinking, will I ever get back to them?
Calypso’s POV
I really miss Flora and we’ve all been praying for her along with Helia. Helia seems to be breathing less and less everyday. We don’t know what Icy did to him and of course she won’t tell us. He’s paler, and extremely cold. Bloom keeps a آگ کے, آگ around him to try and keep him warm but it doesn’t help. We keep him laid up on the سوفی, لٹانا and we keep watching him. He hasn’t opened his eyes since Flora left. She took all our phones so we wouldn’t call Flora. And we can’t communicate with magic because she doesn’t have magic. We’re all depressed and keep hoping she is okay and safe. Ryan wants to go out and look for her. But Icy has a big army outside surrounding the palace so it’s impossible to leave without getting caught. We’re all miserable. I hope Flora looks at the locket sometimes to realize that she isn’t truly alone.
Flora’s POV
I’m making some hot chocolate in the lounge to try and warm up a little more. It’s mint hot chocolate, Helia loves mint hot chocolate. I pour it into a mug and pour a little bit of دودھ in it. Then I grab a spoon and head back to the room. I hear glass break from in a room behind me beyond the lounge, then something that sounds like footsteps. It creeps me out because I swear I thought I was alone in here, besides Maya.
“Who’s there?” I ask. But I get no response. I start slowly walking to the back of the building where I believed I heard the sound coming from. It was extremely quiet now. No مزید footsteps. I opened the door to a different studio. And I see the broken glass اگلے to an end table. The culprit must be in here. I look around but I don’t see anyone. I’m not crazy. I know I heard footsteps and breaking glass.
“Show yourself!” I yell. And just after that someone jumped down and landed on my shoulders and covered my eyes. I dropped my hot chocolate on my foot which hurt a lot. The person scratched the surface of my left eye a little which made me scream and try to pry the hands off but they were incredibly strong. Then they put a rag over my nose and mouth and I blacked out.
