Heather sighed and started walking across the plank as if it was no problem. I wasn't even halfway across when she was fully across, then I looked down.
"So long, sucker!" Heather said, and ran away.
I looked straight down at the sharks. "I'm gonna die, now. I'm gonna frickin' die!!!"
"Come on, Brittanya!" Duncan called from the ending side.
"You can do it, Bella!" Courtney cheered.
"DON'T call me that! I HATE that name!!!!" I yelled, then darted over to the other side. I lost my footing, and fell into Duncan's arms. Courtney gasped and helped me up. I brushed myself off, and ran to catch up with Heather.
Courtney was glaring at Duncan for catching me.
"What?!" Duncan said.
"You aren't cheating on me, ARE you?!" Courtney said.
"No frickin way, babe!" Duncan کہا to cover himself.
Back at the race, Heather was way ahead of me, but I saw her slowing down. She was panting like crazy, and I willed my long legs to go faster. I ran past Heather, and my شائقین were cheering for me.
My vision was blurring up, and Duncan and Courtney were already there at the finish line. Heather willed herself to get up, but she couldn't.
"Come on, Bella Ann!" Courtney said.
"Stop calling me that!!!" I yelled again.
"Who the hell is Bella Ann?" Duncan asked Courtney.
Then, I crossed the line-way before Heather.
I fell to my knees and wiped my forehead. I was sure I'd pass out, but I didn't.
My team was cheering for me like crazy.
"The winner, of the 100-thousand-dollar grand prize is...Brittanya!!"
Duncan ran over to me and hugged me tightly. I cheered with him, then looked at him.
"I'll give آپ a VIP section at my party with me, and a Presidential suite, if آپ want." I said.
"I wouldn't want anything more." He smiled, then kissed me. I could not beleive that my life was finally turning out to be a happy fairytale ending. Then, we both heard Courtney gasp.
I pulled away and we both looked at Courtney, who stood there, in complete and utter disbeleif and shock, and had tears welling up in her eyes.
"Bella Ann..." she کہا quietly. "Duncan...."
"Courtney, I..." Duncan let go of me and took a few steps towards Courtney.
"How could you?" Courtney started crying and ran away.

Duncan fell to his knees, and as did I. He turned around to face me, but I was angry at him for hooking up with me when he was already with my sister.
"I'm sorry, Britt." he said.
"No," I looked away, hot tears streaming down my face, then turned back to him angrily. "This is all your fault!"
"WHAT?!"
Everything started pouring out. "IF آپ NEVER HAD MAGIC, NONE OF THIS WOULD BE HAPPENING, DUNCAN!!! IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT MY SISTER NOW HATES ME, AND I CAN'T DO A THING ABOUT IT!!! SOMETIMES, I WISH آپ KNEW WHAT IT WAS LIKE TO BE A TEEN GIRL!!!!" I screamed. Then, everything glowed. A strong wind blew my hair in my face, and Duncan started glowing. Then, the white light made me cover my eyes.
When it finally died down, I looked. A teen girl sat in his place. She was looking around, confused, and looking at herself. Long black hair fell over her shoulders, and she looked up at me with baby blue eyes. She had small, fat blue hoops in each ear and had a blue piercing on her nose. She was wearing a black T-shirt with white sleeves, darkwash jeans, and red hightops.
"Duncan?" I asked quietly and strangely.
"Ya." The girl said, shaking her head of hair like "Duh, don't آپ recognize me?"
"Oh, no..." I said. "You're a girl!"
"Holy crap, I AM! COOL!!!" She said.
I looked at her like "WHAAAAAAAAT?!?".
