^ exactly! Its either she would be better for herself or just be indeial bout EVERYTHING n stay like that. I like Courntey but...... will she ACTUCALLY change?! I think it IS possible but, i wont actucally blame others for not believing it. Though SOMETIMES, i just THINK that people are just saying that she wont change just make sure that Duncan and Gwen stay together. If Courtney changes and Duncan notices, then i'll bet that he'll start to like again and that will make the DxG fans mad, of course. And I think thats unfair to Courtney out of the outcome.

I totally agree; she may have been mean, but she didn't deserve that! What girl deserves to have her boyfriend cheat on her?

There is no excuse, Courtney didn't deserve any of this, no matter how mean she was, which she wasn't.

Let me explain what exactly happened to Courtney in TDA, cause most of yall think she became mean, why do you think she acted that way...huh? BECAUSE SHE SAW DUNCAN AND GWEN GETTING WAY TO ROMACTIC FOR COMFORT! I would be pissed to if my boyfriend did that.

You can't blame COurtney for her behavior at all, I don't care if she kicked Dunca in the graon a thousands times, he freaking deserves it, I mean he oblivously, she was trying to warn him about Gwen, because he was getting way to comfortible with her. Duncan should treat Courtney she's the only one he cares about, no, HE TREAT HER LIKE A GIRLFRIEND!

Courtney's not goingt to change, she sweet, competive, stubborn and more, but there is one thing she will never be.......is mean!

The definition of mean is Heather, Alenjandro, stupid man-whore Duncan, Gwen! Yeah GWen's mean, because only a mean person wouldn't be sorry for kissing their friend-ish friend, Just like Heather.

^^ Courtney has always been unstable...this just pushed her off the edge. She can change her behavior but she won't. And Gwen did feel sorry for kissing Duncan...but she enjoyed it too. And that does not make her mean! And Duncan isn't mean, he is just a dousche. Courtney is mean....and she could be nice, but she just doesn't apply herself.

^ 1.)Gwen felt 10 seconds worth of remorse in the confessional (which is, admittedly, more than Duncan showed) and even then she kept talking about liking the kiss and wanting him to do it again. The next scene she is flirting with Duncan while Courtney is RIGHT NEXT TO HER. And then after the kiss is revealed and Courtney is in the other room crying, does she ever apologize, even if it's in the confessional and Courtney wouldn't hear it anyway, but it would show that she she regretted hurting her like that? NO! instead she says: "The kiss was great! Really Great! :) But was it worth it? (Here is where she should be talking about losing her possible friendship with Courtney and hurting her, but instead we get...) I certainly won't last long in this competition and Duncan is probably getting voted off right now :(". So, in the end, she only cared about her and Duncan staying in the game, Courtney's feelings be damned. Then she has the gall to act like Courtney is being unreasonably mean to her for no reason from Courtney and just reeks of that "OMG, I know I made out with your boyfriend but GET OVER IT, gosh!" attitude about her in the future episodes. I'm tired of everyone painting Gwen as this innocent lamb who was forced to kiss Duncan and was subjected to being unfairly treated as some slut who makes out with other people's boyfriends.

2.) Duncan wasn't a total douche the entire series, it was shown that he had a heart in there somewhere. He had his nice moments in TDI and TDA, some of which is only shown when he is with or around Courtney. In this season, however, he became a total a**hole ever since he got with Gwen.

3.) Courtney isn't totally mean. She is nice (as shown in moments in TDI and TDWT), it's just that her competitiveness, bossiness, and giant ego gets in the way when it comes to challenges. Except her personality takes a nosedive when something bad happens to her like when Harold tampered with the votes and caused her to be unfairly voted off, and this season with the whole Duncan and Gwen situation. Also, she was actually being nice to Gwen this season (though the beginning of the season was shaky)but it was Gwen and Duncan who f*cked up her personality this time.

^^ 1.) Gwen was remorseful for the kiss. But hey, she liked the guy since season 1, it just became pronounced in season 2. And then in season 3, she gave into temptation and kissed him. And when she is seen flirting with Duncan, Duncan is the one who starts it! And then she stops because she notices Courtney acting jealous! And even if Gwen had apologized, Courtney would not have even listened! When Tyler announced the kiss, Courtney, instead of being mad at her dumb ass boyfriend, immediately blames Gwen for all the problems that Courtney had in her relationship! Courtney nitpicked at everything Duncan did and she yelled, controlled, and manipulated him the whole time they were in a relationship. No wonder he cheated! I'm surprised he didn't do it sooner!
And if you were in Gwen's shoes, and you were stuck on a team with Courtney, Sierra, and Heather, you would probably have that same attitude as let's forgive and forget too. And all Courtney did was try to lose challenges so they could vote Gwen off....utterly ridiculous. She could have stopped acting so childish and held her head high. But no, let me act like a three year old, having my tantrum because things didn't go my way.
And I know Duncan wasn't a douche the entire series. He just pulled a douche move by cheating. And he had nice moments with lots of people, Gwen included...especially in TDA. And he was not an asshole when he got with Gwen. He actually cared about her and was sweet.
And Courtney was mean the entire season 2 and 3. And her ego is so big that she thinks she is brilliant (when she clearly isn't). She is the bossiest, pig-headed, and egotistical girl on the show. She was being annoying and bossy in TDWT ever since episode 1. And she was only "friendish" to Gwen when she realized that Gwen could actually be useful to the team and they could keep winning. Courtney has always looked out for herself only. In season 1, she leaves Duncan with a sprained ankle once she has the suitcase of money that HE got for them. And she runs off with it. Then in season 2, she unfairly gets brought back. Then, when Duncan wins, she runs up to him (even though they were broken up at the time), and says "We won!" She only wanted Duncan because he won the money! Courtney is a USER. If Duncan was smart, he would have unloaded her sorry ass when she pulled that stunt during the TDA season finale!

^^^1.) I call bulls**t on the liking him since season 1 crap. She did not like him since season 1, she liked Trent at the time, and Duncan wasn't even on her list of "sane people" in her mind. It was just respect for how he played the game.

2.)The only remorse she ever shows is in the confessional an it was a mix between liking the kiss and remorse for Courtney. We all KNOW Duncan started it, but she WILLINGLY kisses him back, and "liking him" does not excuse her from knowingly making out with another girl's boyfriend and acting like a boyfriend-kissing tramp. And it was GWEN who started flirting with Duncan, not the other way around in the next scene. She only stopped because she saw Courtney watching and knew that Courtney would know that they were seeing each other, not due to Courtney's "jealous look" (why should she be jealous when he is already her boyfriend? It was a look of suspicion). And she was more concerned about herself and Duncan being found out than about Courtney's feelings. I agree she should angrier at Duncan, but why SHOULDN'T she be mad at Gwen? She made out with her boyfriend, she lied about it to her face, and never once apologized for it. Gwen didn't care about Courtney's feelings, because if she did, she would be apologizing instead of selfishly worrying about herself and her newly acquired boyfriend Duncan being eliminated from the competition. When Tyler announced the kiss, she attacked Gwen because she was there and the kiss is just as much Gwen's fault as is Duncan's(and Duncan came in about 10 seconds later, but is knocked out by Cody).

3.)She was not mean to him the entire relationship. In TDI, their relationship started the same episode that she was unfairly voted off. I can't offer up much of an excuse for Courtney's attitude this season, but she was not manipulative or nitpicking him. She insulted him as much as he did to her. And then he voted her out when she gave him the contract.

4.)Courtney wasn't nice to Gwen in the first episode because she knew Gwen liked Duncan. What girl with a boyfriend do you know that would let a girl who has a crush on her boyfriend hang around him? Courtney let Gwen know to back off from Duncan. When he left, she was on the fence with Gwen about her feelings for him but about 3 episodes in they are getting along. They are sitting next to each other and are both in mutual agreement about not liking Heather. Her friend(ish)ship with her didn't begin because of her usefullness in the game, it's because they got to know each other a little in "I See London", Gwen taking the blame for her in "Newf Kids on the Block", and mutual dislike for Heather.

5.) Gwen wasn't looking for a "forgive and forget" thing from Courtney. She just wanted her to stop trying to get rid of her and get over it. If I were in her shoes, I would give a sincere apology to Courtney and ask for forgiveness. I wouldn't care if I got voted off at that point because I would felt like I deserved it for doing something so horrible to someone I was close to being friends with and to whom I swore that I was just friends with her boyfriend. I believe in karma and revenge. I didn't like the way she started throwing challenges to get rid of her, even though she is justified in wanting to get rid of her. This wasn't about something not going her way, it's about her wanting to get back at Duncan for betraying her trust.

7.) Yes, she has an ego due to her skills and her intelligence (which she can back both of those claims up), and she is definitely bossy, but she is NOT entirely mean. In TDWT, of course she was bossy to Gwen in the 1st episode because of Gwen's feelings for Duncan. She does show concern for others in the series such as Duncan this season, Owen and Izzy in Jamaica, defending Harold in Basic Training, worrying about Bridgette in the Yukon episode when she is stuck to a pole, and is worried about gwen in the very last episode of TDI when Gwen and Owen were risking their lives. When she leaves Duncan in the TDI special, he still loves her and Courtney said that he means the world to him so she never said she wasn't going to split the money with him if she won. How was it fair that she didn't get into season 2. All of them got into the lake water by pure dumb luck and random accidents and then Chris comes out of nowhere and call it a tie. She did get into the 2nd season unfairly though. As for Duncan winning, you apparently didn't see the alternate ending. After everything that happened in the 2nd season, DUNCAN is the one to ask her back out to dinner, and Courtney ACCEPTS IT, EVEN WHEN HE DIDN'T WIN. They get back together regardless of the ending, so that proves that she loves him, whether he is rich or not. Duncan himself had said time again that he likes women who crease him and women he can argue with.

OKay look bakes, I could give a fuck about Courtney does to Duncan, because obliviously he deservered it. And you said felt bad for Courtey when she got cheated on, but yet your suprise he didn't do it sooner, wow! Courtney is not mean, and that is damn well the truth. Sorry for the language but it seems you don't realize why Courtney acts the way she did in TDA.

Courtney loved Duncan-how do I know-well maybe at times Courtney would use Duncan to her advantage, but when Gwen had told her that he thought about her all the time, Courtney was touched.

And even in TDWT Courtney had admitted that her feelings for Duncan had gotten in the way of her winning(Cutest moment ever!).

So I recommend that you rewatch the episodes and really think about why Courtney acted the way she did. Courtney is not mean, Heather is mean! Courtney at times being bossy, or controling does not mean she's mean.

And yes, I certainly do think not saying sorry or telling you ex-friend to suck it, is being mean....hmp! Gwen!

^^ Gwen is not friends with Courtney and never was so in all technicality, she does not have to give Courtney an apology at all. Gwen really doesn't have to do anything.
Definition of a tramp: a. A prostitute. b. A person regarded as promiscuous. Gwen is neither of those things. I love how everyone is calling Gwen a tramp or slut when they do not even know the meaning of the word. Gwen kissed one guy, Duncan. That does not maker her a tramp or slut.
And why would you care about Courtney's feelings if you have never gotten along with her, she accuses you of being with her bf before you even are, and she only uses you so she can win? Gwen doesn't and she doesn't have to...that is ridiculous. And Courtney is too insecure about her relationship with Duncan...she was paranoid since day 1 of TDWT. She obviously didn't have any trust in him whatsoever. And I love how Courtney didn't mind when Heather cuddled with Duncan in TDI, Duncan hit on Bridgette, Heather, and Gwen in TDI, and he hit on Lindsay, Gwen, and Heather in TDA. Obviously they had either an open relationship or they were just a floundering couple to begin with.
And it is my opinion, but I find Courtney to be the meanest, most selfish, annoying, manipulative, whiney, arrogant, prissy litte ^&(*$#@@ on the show and in cartoon history. You may disagree with me.
And I have seen the alternate ending...Courtney states I usually don't date losers to him when Duncan asks her out...real nice gf don't you think? She is so abusive towards him, emotionally and physically. And I am only going by the actual ending when I debate.
@dxcfan ~ I could care less about why or how Courtney acted. She acted ridiculous and childish. And then she was even caught cheating for Alejandro, and hitting on Tyler (who is taken...hypocrite much?) just to get back at Duncan who seriously doesn't want her back and enjoyed abusing her in Niagra Brawls and messing with her head. And I find Heather tame compared to Courtney..but that is just my opinion. And I find Gwen to be a saint compared to Courtney...again just my feelings on it.
