add lots of people to your پرستار فہرست سے طرف کی going to their profiles and scrolling down on the left side of the screen until آپ find 'Add to پرستار List', then click on it. they will be added to your پرستار list, and if they want to become شائقین with you, they will کریں تصدیق your request and آپ are likely to recive a message in return stating that.
as for medals...almost all the تمغے that آپ are gonna get are going to be from سہارا people give آپ for images, comments, etc. there are تمغے that are دیا to آپ if آپ rate items (ask me about that later in a message یا something) آپ can also get تمغے if آپ manage to invite people from other social websites successfully. if آپ have any مزید questions, add them as a تبصرے below my answer. :)
If آپ want شائقین than add some, most of them will add آپ back :)
And to get medals, آپ need to be activ on the spot آپ want تمغے for!Adding ویڈیوز یا لنکس for example, people rating that!And if enough people rating your stuff آپ getting medals!
