Sorry this took so long to do. i have had my exams. I am very happy with the results so far. I decided to finally sit down and write do here si Chapter 5

“What do آپ think mother?” I asked her. Her opinion was very important to me.
    “Well, I think he is a very nice man, Esme. I think he could be perfect for you.”
    Perfect for me. How would she know who is perfect for me? “I don’t know mother. I don’t even really know him…”
    “You could always get to know him first honey”
    “But father wants to know in a few days!” I complained. What would I ever do?
    “Then get to know him for a few days,” she suggested. “Go out to رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا with him یا something”
    “I guess your right. I’ll try to get to know him.”
    “That’s the spirit. I know, I’ll get your father to invite him and his family over for dinner” My mother loved being a hostess. She started planning while I nodded, smiled and pretended to listen. Once she was done yapping she left my room to speak to my father. I lay my head on my تکیا and, despite the thoughts going round in my head about Charles, I fell asleep quickly. My dreams were wonderful. They were about Dr. Cullen . . .again. In this dream we were at the park near my house. I was lying on a blanket and he walked up beside me. He lay down on the blanket اگلے to me and I rolled over to look him in him کیریمل, کآرامال eyes. They seemed to soften under my gaze. We just lay there staring at each other. I leaned in towards him and he leaned towards me. Our lips had just about touch when I awakened from my dream.
    I sat up startled سے طرف کی the sudden wake up. I looked at the clock and it was six thirty. I got dressed and made my way to the kitchen. “Morning mother” I called.
    “Esme! Get in your nicest dress!” She shouted back. Now I was curious because as I walked into the باورچی خانے, باورچی خانہ the smell of pancakes, and بیکن reached my nose.
    “Mother what’s going on?” I asked her.
    “The Evenson’s are coming over for breakfast. I talked to Annika last night and she told me that they weren’t free for رات کے کھانے, شام کا کھانا but they could do breakfast and I agreed”
    Annika was John’s wife. She was a very beautiful woman and made many people jealous of her beautiful looks. “Now go get in your yellow dress” my mother ordered.
    “I quickly went back into my room and changed into my lovely yellow organza. It was my nicest dress. I thought it looked a little showy for just a breakfast but if that was what my mother wanted. . .
    As soon as I finished getting ready, I went to the باورچی خانے, باورچی خانہ to help my mother. As I walked in she was taking a pie out of the oven. I went to the fridge and started slicing fruit for a fruit salad.     
    “I figured, since Charles made his request we should definitely get together with them. It’s been awhile.” She stated.
    “Yes it has.” I replied curtly. I didn’t mean to be rude but I was thinking about the coming breakfast so I felt in no mood to answer.
    “Yes well, they’ll be here in fifteen minutes. Please go set the میز, جدول Esme” She instructed.
    I went and got the fancy china out of the سب, سب سے اوپر cupboard. We used it when we had guests over. I grabbed the forks, knifes, and spoons on my way to the dining room. To be honest, I was quite nervous for the breakfast. Now that I knew how Charles thought of me, he seemed like such a different man. I was excited to see him. Not because I liked him back, just because I wanted to see the way he treated me. Looked at me. Would it be different from last time? I wanted to make the comparisons.
    The door opening interrupted my thoughts. My father walked through the door with an armful of firewood.
    “Father, it’s summer. Why are آپ getting firewood?” I asked in question.
    “You never know. Decided to stock up just in case.” He replied.
    I shrugged my shoulders and went back to chopping fruit. My father had never been know for doing rational things and I didn‘t care.
    Just then we heard a car pull up outside.    
    “Damn it” My father muttered “They’re early”
    A knock on the door made us all whip are heads around. I put the چھری I was using in the sink and rushed to the door. My parents followed suit and were standing behind me as I opened the door.
    “Hello” I کہا to the Evensons.
    “Hello!” Annika replied. She looked gorgeous as always. She wore a light blue satin گاؤن, gown with فیتا, فیتے ribbons on it. Her hair curled expertly down her back with the upper half pinned back. I was immediately jealous. It was natural instinct. But I pushed those feelings away and plastered a smile on my face.
    “Come on in!” I greeted her in return. I opened the door wider and the three Evenson’s filed in. Annika, John, then Charles. I glanced at John-who looked very plain this morning- but my eyes moved to Charles. He was a decent looking man. Nothing amazing but nice enough. He wore a suit with a brown tie.
    “Hello Charles” I spoke directly to him.
    He smiled at me. “Hello Esme. How are you?” The way he looked at me. . .he looked like he was in love but maybe I was just exaggerating.
    “I am fine thank you,” I replied to him. Then turning to everyone else I کہا “Why don’t we go get comfortable in the sitting room?” Our small group moved through the hallways of our largish house until we reached the sitting room just off the hall. “I’ll go put on a record to listen to”
    The parents started up conversation as I made my way to the record player. It was sitting on a small mahogany میز, جدول with a built in shelf in it. I kneeled down and started looking through are records.
    “Which one is your favorite?” A voice asked suddenly اگلے to me. I jumped, startled. “Oh I’m sorry.” The voice کہا again. “I didn’t mean to scare you”
    I looked over to see Charles kneeling down beside me but behind me a bit so I didn’t see him in my peripheral vision.
    “Its alright. I really like Jazz but I am open to pretty much everything.” I replied.
    He smiled another smile at me. “Jazz is my پسندیدہ too.” He seemed very happy of this fact.
    I decided I’d had enough of the chit-chat. I wanted to discuss his “offer”.
