It's the second option, too, but I'll bet she WAS jealous. She put her own jealousy behind her though and took care of Bella the best she could.

Yeah, she probably would have been a bit jealous. But she was truly worried about Bella dying and she did in a way get her family. She loves her family just like she loves Bella. That's why she wouldnt have been jealous.
