Besides the question could also mean who's weaker like emocionallity and so is Beck again, because he doesn't even have a personality, and Robbie can survive a day on school being himself, a nerd, awkward but sweet, believe is not easy living like that, so I'd say he's really strong in that aspect. Beck never has felt pain or at least he haven't show it, so that makes him weak because he's not able to control his emotions without hide them.
