PS3 is really cheaper than the 360.

No. I've realized this for oh so long. That's why I've got a PS3. But for some reason so many people hate the PS3 just because of it's price, which is a bargain when compared to the 360 and it's accessories.

Both are good consoles but this is sonts pethetic marketing. The 360 gives you the console and also a headset and a very long ethernet cable and a hdmi cable free. Everything else is optional. Microsoft is selling more so which selling tactic works best? sell all in one at a higher price or make them optional.

Yeh everyone I know got one. It can go from one end of my room to the other with wire left.

Mine came with one too. I think the reason you're (knifewrench) 360 didn't just come bundled with the Ethernet cable is because you only got the Arcade console, which doesn't come with one.

Nope, I've got the Elite. Maybe my Ethernet cable standards are higher, and the one they gave me is actually the normal length.
