Researchers are scientists and analysts who lead the expedition into finding the artifact.
Crewman are simply individuals whom have certain jobs on the ship. Chef, engineer, captain, etc...
Mercenaries are private military employed by the third party to ensure the delivery of the Transmundane.

That being one reason she started off studying law. Her mother lives across the country with her little brother who is twenty. (He cares for her mum who is battling depression) Aleena is married to a boy named, Joe. They have been married for a year.

However, a padawan of his inspired him to attain a respectable level of skill with a blade to maintain his authority as teacher. As a result Zevran went beyond the normal form six, jack of all trades form, Niman, into more focused martial arts. Form one, Shii-Cho for groups, form three, Soresu for ultimate defense, and form four, Ataru, for a focused and powerful offense. Additionally he has some skill in Jar-Kai dual-wielding. He has created a well-rounded fighting style and now feels as if his skills with a blade help him think in a more complete way. However, he is not the highest level swordsman and would be no match for the top-tier occupied by people such as Count Dooku, Yoda or Mace Windu.

There he trained until he was called upon to help in the Naboo crysis and later, the initial conflict on Geonosis. Like the rest of the order he has been drafted into service to combat the C.I.S, a role he is glad to fill

P.S: Lightsaber color does not determine your personality, but rather your job within the order. At least it did back in the old Republic days. Post-ROTJ crystals are chosen based on person desire and availability. During what is known as the "Dawn of the empire era" *Roughly 41-19 BBY* the best and most easily found crystals were found on Ilum. Ilum produced almost naught but blue and green crystals. So after switching to these crystals for their man supply color became personal choice. This explains why somebody like Obi-Wan Kenobi who has the title "The negotiator" (Which is a traditionally consular job) has a blue lightsaber.
This is the in universe explanation for George Lucas not wanting to add more colors. Mace Windu possesses a purple crystal out of a personal request from Sam Jackson to GL to have a purple blade. Said Hurrikane crystal has a story of how it was found and is quite the exception to the rule.

He grows up and is bullied in the Orphanage which makes it hard for him to understand people and learn how to communicate effectively. at age 6 he was found by Archeantus Illuminati, a Jedi Knight Sentinel at the time (becomes a Master at the End of Zaccai's Training), He is trained in the way of the Force by Archeantus one on one until his Graduation, He has learned the Jedi Code, and most importantly, if he is called into battle, It is because Plan A-Z has failed, or Plan A is the only option. He is good for missions that Involve no Retraction or planned capture.

Weapons: Single Wield Lightsaber, It is copper or copper coated gears, machinery, wires, etc. but the Outer Casing in A Diamond glass, so you can see the steampunk-esk lightsaber mechanics move while it is on or off. It has a Blue Crystal that is visible and the whole handle lights up blue when ignited. He has another exactly similar but instead of Blue & Copper it is Purple & Gold. He only uses one at a time, and mainly only uses the Purple for Ceremonial and rank purposes.

Usually found Sorting the Jedi Scraps in the Junkyard to make them improved and Repurposed for cheap options to make Ships, Carriers, Lightsabers, etc. He Trained Zaccai, seeing it as a personal challenge to channel Zaccai's anger and make the boy reach his full potential.
