The city of Eonn is overrun by gangs. Your trying to bring your gang to the top. Battle other gangs and recruit members.

Gang Power:
To gain power a gang needs to recruit members or, fight other gangs. Each member is worth two power. I will keep track of power, but not members. When you fight other gangs, if you win you get half of that gang's power. If you lose, you lose half of your power.

Gang Battles:
I haven't figured this out, so I'll take ideas.
