How come there's no wiki entry for Fanpop and how come no one can start a new wiki about this site anymore?

I didn't know Fanpop had a wiki, and I don't know how it works. Maybe it is off-limits. Maybe آپ could ask the admins for sure, but I don't think people will respond.
