Victoria is far too beautiful to look like Elsa. Susan I can see some resemblance, even though they're not related. However Susan is very pretty and too pretty for Elsa to look like. I think Emile is the perfect image of an older Elsa, both are hideous. They have the same weird shaped head and facial structure. They also have a similar nose, stupid smile, and ugly eyes. Just change the hair and they would probably look exactly alike.
