I ran through the forest, mud and rain splattering my body. My pursuers were closing in. I just had to keep running and trust my sister would protect me. She had always been there for me. When I got involved with the wrong people, she had my back. She tried to change me. I didn’t listen, and my punishment was horrible. Now, we were being hunted thanks to me. But no matter what I did, Thalia stuck with me for some reason. She may not be the most positive girl in the world, یا the happiest, but she was loyal, and that’s all I could ask for.
“Keep going. Don’t slow down!” she encouraged. I felt a burst of energy and sped up exponentially. Thalia was still right behind me.
“We should turn and fight” I growled
“They out number us, ten to one. The odds are against us. We must keep going. The سیکنڈ we reach open land, I’ll be able to get them off our tail” Thalia said. Finally, we made it to a large beach. We kept running until we were in the middle of the beach. Then Thalia stopped and turned to face the forest. Our pursuers ran out, not knowing their mistake. One pulled something out and I heard a click. Something flew at Thalia and hit her. She fell to the ground in pain, electricity lighting her body. She screamed, a sound so terrifying even I flinched. The others raised gun and shot at me. I managed to dodge them all with my incredible agility. I picked up my sister and tried to continue running, but I was too tired. I dropped to the ground and tried to wake her. I shook her and screamed her name. Nothing. Suddenly, her eyes snapped open.
“Thalia, are آپ okay?” I asked in concern
“I will be once we destroy them” she got up, her chains jingling. She shot rays of pure darkness at out chasers. She screamed her horrible scream. Our pursuers fled. I looked at Thalia and realized she looked like she was about to faint. I ran over to her and caught her right as she fell. I heard yells and I thought our pursuers were back for round two. But no one was coming. I felt a hand on my shoulder. I grabbed their wrist and flipped them over me. They hit the ground. I jumped up and faced the new comers. I pulled off my face mask revealing a face that looked half human, half cat. I hissed and my tail slipped out from under my coat. I hissed at them, protecting my sister. A girl with green skin came up to me.
“Nice kitty. We don’t want to hurt you. We just want to know why you’re here” she soothed
“My sister needs medical attention. She was electrocuted, then she over strained her self” I said, picking Thalia up.
“What is your name?” asked the girl with green skin
“What would آپ say if I told آپ I didn’t have one?” I asked
“You don’t have a name?” the girl asked
