Chapter Eleven-
"Positions?" Revenge asked, crouching on the roof.
"All here." Draxx said.
"You see him, hit him. No loose ends this time." Revenge said. "No mercy." he added with gritted teeth.
"Revenge, I'm picking up a couple of civilian vehicles approaching. Few minivans. Reaper-"
"Is probably hiding inside." Revenge finished. "We can't endanger civilians, I'll warn Draxx's snipers."
Revenge switched the frequency to the one the cops were on. "Snipers, beware. Reaper is most likely going to make his entrance through this upcoming group of civilian vehicles. Hit him, don't hurt civilians though."
"Roger." the snipers replied.
Revenge pulled out a few explosive daggers and prepared to throw them. The civilian vehicles passed سے طرف کی slowly, but nothing happened. Revenge almost thought he was wrong when somebody let loose an AK-47 at the groups of cops.
"Hit the ground!" Revenge yelled, following his own advice.
Turning on infrared, Revenge searched the vehicles for the heat ذریعہ of the AK. Third vehicle to the right. Luckily, all the cars had stopped, so Revenge wouldn't have to hit a moving target.
Pulling out some knock-out gas, Revenge threw the grenades into the designated vehicle. Before they could detonate however, the hooded figure jumped out and continued firing while the driver got a dose of the gas and laid down on the horn.
Revenge tossed a few exploding daggers into Reaper's path causing the hooded figure to leap back In order to make sure he didnt get hit with any shrapnel.
Revenge slid down the rain gutter, but before he could engage the murderer on foot, Reaper disappeared down the alley.
Draxx went over to the vehicle Reaper had been in and opened the hood, shooting the horn.
"Damn that was annoying." he کہا to the caped vigilante, but when he turned around, he was gone.

The crosshairs lined up perfectly.
Luthor moved slowly towards the building giving ہولی plenty of time to fire.
Her finger squeezed the trigger.
Luthor continued to move.
Artemis watched with concern.
Holly's finger squeezed harder on the trigger.
But she didn't fire.
Luthor walked in the building, disappearing from the scope.
ہولی gasped and put the gun down.
"I can't." she said.
"Good, آپ passed." Artemis said.
ہولی looked at her strangely.
"Look, I'm not too happy with this setup, but I was the only reasonable choice for this." Artemis began. "This was an actual mission Batman gave you, but I was supposed to sabotage it to where آپ couldn't succeed. It was designed to test whether آپ would kill someone یا not, and whether آپ would betray us."
Holly's head swirled with all of the information she had absorbed.
"Wait, so you're saying that even if I had tried to kill Luthor, I couldn't?" ہولی asked.
"No." Artemis said, the same sad look on her face as before.
ہولی just looked at her blankly for a few سیکنڈ before standing up.
"Of all the low, horrible, terrible things آپ could do, آپ did this." ہولی said, disgusted. "And I thought آپ were my friend."
Artemis stood up as well. "I didn't have a choice. This was a mission for my survival on the Team as well!"
"That doesn't make it right." ہولی said.
Artemis didn't have a response so ہولی jumped off the edge of the building and grappled toward the zeta-tube on the other side of the city.

The door was smoking سے طرف کی the time Revenge got there. Reaper had left his mark.
"Oh mom." Revenge muttered, running inside.
