My Best-est Friend (karmaparade) looks pretty much like Milano Entolasia from the عملی حکمت Murder Princess. It's kinda hard to find a character for a friend, because آپ want it to be precise. karmaparade is very dear to me, because she was the one آپ introduced me into عملی حکمت and got me into keep watching it.
