My sister bought me an عملی حکمت plush toy and the warning کہا this:WARNING:-CHOKING HAZARD-small parts.Not for children under 15 years.I don't get that!I'm so confuzed....

The not for children under 15 years of age might be because of the عملی حکمت itself. (I'm not positive what Bleach is rated)
