"Sankarea" Is it a good دکھائیں to watch?

So I wanted to watch an eng dub عملی حکمت because I can :P and I came across a newly dubbed عملی حکمت Sankarea... saw a screenshot and thought it was freaky -__- Just asking is it a good دکھائیں to watch?
