Well I wouldn't say "love", but they care about each other as comrades, though I doubt they would ever audibly admit that.

Chika and Shito from Zombie Loan really can't stand each other but their fates are literally tied together so they have to be partners. They are polar opposites and fight a lot however, when it comes down to it they do care for each other. Although they would never outright tell each other that they like the other lol

Might not be truly "love hate", but it's quite a bizarre relationship that's constantly in flux. Shizuku and Haru from My Little Monster. Does Shizuku truly love and respect him یا does she think he's a pain and a wacko?
