Ouran High School Host Club. It's very funny and is perfect for girls her age and up. I'm nearly done with it, so trust that I haven't found anything inappropriate. Also Fairy Tail is really good, if she likes action. Oh, oh and Amnesia. Well, there آپ go! Three really good animes to start off with!
