I need help!!!!

Have آپ recently started menstruating? If so, it does take a while before your body settles into a regular cycle. Are آپ very physically active? That will also influence how regular your cycle is. Are آپ eating enough? I skipped my period for months every time I lost too much weight. Finally, are آپ stressed out right now?

I have to admit, I've never heard that being sexually active stops your period, aside from pregnancy. So I guess that self-pleasuring shouldn't prevent آپ from getting your period.
