Pros/Cons of non-electric razors

I'm 17 years old and I've been using an electric razor ever since I started shaving. It's nice because آپ can do it even when your leg is completely dry and also the razor doesn't cut your skin. But I'm thinking about starting to use a non-electric razor so I can get a closer cut. Do آپ guys think I should do this/have any tips?
