If Ciel gets his soul eaten after Sebastian fights the angel and avenges Ciel's parents. THen why is there a سیکنڈ season یا an episode about a play?

The episode about the play is just an OVA. There is a season two because another demon butler had ciel's soul before sebastian could eat it. therefore losing his memory
