no im pretty sure its both of them , ive watched it a billion times and saw that theres no difference between them, i mean come on, would they go through THAT much trouble just to have a double for them? i mean they were still kissing when they JUST got divorced so why would they start having a double now? And boy do they look like theyre enjoying themselvves ;)

I don't think there was a substition but it sure LOOKS like Brooke isn't kissing Lucas' lips, like her lips are touching Lucas' cheeks. But I'm not really sure.
