I need help with a character! Please help!

Ok, I already put this in the writing club, because it is a story I'm writing, but I'm posting it here, too! I need as much help as I can get!

So, I'm writing a story where some kids develop 'Talents' that give them the upper hand in certain situations. 5/6 of the main characters, Bix, Lila, Leo, Toby, and Silvia, all have Talents. The Talents are very rare and the government recruits kids who develop them to make teams. Bix, Leo, Toby and Silvia are all assigned a team because their talents work very well together. Bix can uncover almost any piece of information. Silvia can find a way out of any situation. Leo can put on a really grand دکھائیں as a distraction (usually used for Silvia's plans). Lila, who ran away before the government could take her from her ہوم and put her on a team, can disguise herself as anyone. I need help with Toby. After a while in the story, all of these characters end up teaming together.
I need a Talent for Toby that fits his backstory. For instance, Silvia was adopted سے طرف کی a family. A short while after she was adopted, her Talent began to دکھائیں itself. The family was in serious debt and used it to their advantage. Lila came from a very creative household, so her Talent involves a lot of creativity.
Toby was raised سے طرف کی his grandparents because his dad died and his mother couldn't take care of him on her own so she gave him to her parents until she could get over his father's death and get back on her own two feet. But she died in a car accident 7 months later. This is all that Bix, the narrator, knows about Toby. He's a very quiet kid who only speaks when spoken to یا when what he has to say is very important and no one else is going to say it. Toby can keep a lot of secrets, but maybe he just doesn't listen.
