How do آپ become a پرستار of an item, its on your پروفائل page?

another پرستار have to give it you!

It's not being a پرستار of an item ,more like being a پرستار of a person!!
آپ go to their پروفائل and under all their listings you'll see a box and the سب, سب سے اوپر left part say's Add a پرستار آپ click on that had your their fan!!! Like on face book being a friend!!!
