Dogs سوال

It's urgent. My dog is sick. I need help.

So, my dog is sick for three days now and as she is a stray dog breed (but she lives with us now) my mother won't take her to the vet because she believes that my کتے has gone mad. She can't walk یا stand, maybe there is some problem with her legs. First it was just one leg so we thought that maybe somebody beat her but now she can't even stand up. She has also lost her appetite even if she didn't she can't even stand straight up tp have her food. What do i do? Has she really gone mad? Please tell me. Help me please.

Her behavior is borderline animal abuse.
