As much as I would hate someone and would want them gone, I dont think that I could have them wiped out of my mind, what would happen if I met that person again (Like they did in the movie)

Never, never, never. The things that happen to you make your personality. If you forgot about someone that caused you pain, or taught you something important about life (taught you the hard way, obviously), wouldn't erasing that change who you are?
People have caused me pain and sadness and all the bad things there is, but I still wouldn't take the risk of changing who I am.

Sometimes people come into your life and you know right away that they were meant to be there...to serve some sort of purpose, teach you a lesson or help figure out who you are or who you want to become. You never know who these people may be but you lock eyes with them, you know that very moment that they will affect your life in some profound way.

Even if it hurts me, that's a part of my life and I wouldn't want a half life.

If I had a meaningful relationship with them, then no, but I can see wanting to "get rid" of somebody who irritates you and what not. . . maybe?
