1. Disrespect other people’s opinions. Yeah, آپ think that band XYZ sucks and آپ wouldn’t touch one of their CD’s with a ten-foot pole, and you’re going to assume that everyone on the planet shares your sentiment. Who cares if some people might not appreciate آپ going on about how the lead singer looks like a bald gorilla and sings like a cat throwing up? They should be glad you’re sharing your wisdom and insights-how on earth could آپ be being OFFENSIVE? And now that آپ mention it….what does offensive even mean again?
2. Shamelessly Medal-Whore. What? How could it possibly be annoying to bug everyone on your fanlist to پرستار and تبصرہ on your contributions? It’s not like it’s a lot of trouble for them….I mean, they practically OWE you, right, after all the time آپ spent posting on their walls asking them to! Go ahead and keep spamming their walls if they ignore your pleas-THEY shouldn’t have ignored your incredibly reasonable request like that, how DARE they?!
Also, لوڈ اپ zillions of useless, identical, یا repeat images. Who cares that that particular Katy Perry تصویر shoot got uploaded months ago? It’s not like anyone’s going to notice, right? And you’re probably doing people a favor uploading it again, saving them the trouble of sifting through the thousands of تصاویر to find those pictures, right? Who cares if you’re clogging up the image feed? You’re helping Fanpop, even if your insignificant, barely-there ulterior motive is really just to get that shiny new medal on your profile.
3. Make everything be all about you. The world revolves around YOU, right? Well, so should Fanpop, DUH! Go ahead and blather on about every single insignificant detail of that oh so fabulous party آپ went to over the weekend (be jealous, VERY jealous!) to anyone who’ll chat with you! How on earth could they get bored? And of COURSE if they say they have to go, it really is for that emergency Root Canal appointment, and not just because they want to get away from your zillion messages, right?
Whenever anyone mentions anything about themselves (OMG how COULD they? Selfish and stuck-up much?!), be sure to chime in and change the subject back to yourself. User ABC went to a کنسرٹ last weekend? That’s nothing. آپ got to go backstage and MEET the artist. Be sure to say so, and answer any and all سوالات they may have before they even ask them, because that’s considerate, right? It’s what دوستوں do…….hey, why are آپ leaving?!
4. Screw grammar. Typing properly is SOOOOOO overrated, right? Who cares if it’s lousy grammar “2 tlk lyk dis”? It’s easier, dammit, and you’ll do it! And spelling mistakes are the cutest EVR! Shure dey mak itt hrd 2 undrstand u, but please, it’s not like anyone on Fanpop has anything better to do than translate your Trollspeak, right? And while you’re at it, be sure to MeSs wItH YOuR CaPiTAliZatiOn tOO. Might as well make people’s eyes bleed while they’re decoding your “2 awsum 4 WRDZ!” posts, eh?
5. Rudeness, schmudeness. Who cares if some may consider it impolite so tell others what آپ REALLY think of their icons, profile, etc? آپ have opinions, right? And آپ deserve to share them, dang it! If User QRS has a hideous icon, یا آپ disagree with their motto, be sure to tell them RIGHT AWAY! Before disaster strikes! Sure, maybe it’s not the NICEST thing to do to tell QRS that their شبیہ makes آپ want to barf and آپ feel like strangling puppies whenever آپ read their motto-(sure, maybe that’s a bit of an exaggeration, but it’s not going to hurt their feelings یا anything, right?)-but really, all you’re trying to do is HELP THEM OUT, right? I mean, they’ll attract مزید people if they have a جملہ معیاری and an شبیہ آپ like, right? They should be HONORED you’re deigning to share your take on their profile, correct?

6. Honesty is the best policy. Always. Didn’t your parents tell آپ it’s not okay to lie? That extends to Fanpop, right? If something is not to your refined taste, just say it! “I hate your username” یا “That book series آپ like isn’t even good enough to use as firewood” isn’t rude-it’s just honesty! And no, no there really isn’t’ any difference between facts and opinions…why do آپ ask?
If someone posts a picture of their pet cat, and آپ don’t really give a rip, just SAY so, instead of not bothering to تبصرہ at all! They should have known better! And tossing in a few تبصرے about how their پسندیدہ kitty is uglier than that road kill آپ saw on your road trip last summer is all in good fun…everyone’ll get that you’re kinda really just kidding, right?
Congratulations! Follow these six easy steps, and آپ should quickly lose all your شائقین and maybe even gain haters, if you’re lucky! It’s really that simple folks! Keep it up and آپ may even get your Fanpop account deleted! Because who doesn’t just love a self-absorbed jerk?!
