I think there's a high chance of it going down as murder, to be honest... یا manslaughter at best.

Yes, that would count as suicide. آپ would be controlling their mind. Thus, they would do whatever آپ ask. So that would basically be killing yourself if it was controlled سے طرف کی yourself.
