Fans around the world have been enjoying his solo debut album – which includes the chart-topping \'Sign of the Times\' – but he also pulled out a brilliant surprise at a secret London gig in The Garage over the weekend.

The former One Direction star, as many musicians love to do, performed a cover. But this one was a mesmerising take on Kanye West\'s \'Ultralight Beam\'.

Harry seemed extremely appreciative of the audience at the venue – telling them that it was a night he "won\'t forget".

"This is my first show in a long time," he said (via

). "My first show ever. So it\'s a night I won\'t forget, and I thank you very much for being here with me."

Harry recently shared that he still very much checks in with the rest of the One Direction boys, despite all of their busy schedules.

"Everyone\'s working so much at the moment, but I\'ve seen them and we\'ve hung out," he told

But Zayn Malik? "Not so much," Harry said.

"It\'s OK," he added. "I think we\'re both happy for each other that we\'re doing what we want to do and everyone\'s having a good time."
