What if someone آپ know just prays so that his/her parents wouldn't find out that he/she does bad things, such as zina یا something similar to zina.
What should آپ do, if آپ talked to him/her and doesn't understand and still continuous?

Pray to Allah to guide him یا her. Also, tell him یا her the consequences of their deed (indirectly یا directly). Keep Islam around him یا her all the time, e.g. always praising Allah and talking about Him. Always talking about Heaven and Hell and the miracles of Allah, etc.
