Do آپ think that Claude was cheating?

Me and my دوستوں have a heavy argument, about Claude and Alois. Do آپ think that he was breaking the contract سے طرف کی killing Alois, before he fulfilled his wish? Do demons can break the contract at all? Is there any one above demons who is watching for them to obey the laws of agreement?
