If the Lord of the Rings was adapted to a TV series, who'd cast as the 9 walkers?

I often think about this, since it couldn't be something with very famous actors. It'd have to be something like Game of Thrones.
But I find hard to recast the characters

I'm sorry, I assumed it was obvious since the ringwraiths don't have a face, barely talk and weren't called the nine walkers. "and the Nine Walkers shall be set against the Nine Riders that are evil..." ― Elrond. But ok, it's the fellowship, just to be clear.
