Yeah Courtney, it most likely has to do with the terms he reached on the lawsuit. If you hadn't heard Henry Ian Cusick is apparently slime and after he groped a female crew member she filed a sexual harassment suit against him, he apparently was GUILTY and agreed to a settlement on her terms (which most likely ordered him to be downgraded to a recurring character for a much reduced paycheck).

OMGG!!!! ^__^ We only have to wait 2 months...Arghhh, that's too much!
