Yeah, he is Rolf Scamnder the great son یا the son (I don't remember well) of Newt Scamander who wrote Quidditch throught the ages and fantastic beasts and where to find them. JKR say this in the Half-Blood prince DVD

Well, I don't really care about what JKR tells us about the future of the characters. Whatever's not in the کتابیں is not canon to me, so meh. But the names rock at least. ;D

I know! My cousin is called Lorcan and he has blonde hair. I would love him to play Luna's son if they made deathly hallows film with her in the epilogue. Because she had children later than the trio. My cousin is seven this year
