Help me! I was using my vista laptop and was on facebook! The computer completly locked up. I could not even "ctrl-alt-del". I cold reboot it and it says... "disk read error, push "ctrl-alt-del" to reboot! whats up?

I know آپ probably have this sorted out سے طرف کی now, but unfortunately when آپ do a cold reboot آپ risk the chance that the system may not recover. I know in this instance آپ tried the "ctrl-alt-del" and it would not work.

I had a this problom the whole computer is not dead. what i did was use a system restore آپ may lose a little info but most all of it will still be there. the other thing آپ an do is upgrade OS آپ will save all info

I have an old Windows '94 (It's as old as ME!) that has this problem. آپ should be able to use it like normal, except it might be slower, and it might freeze at times. Try posting your سوال at Windows. I'm sure they have a forum... somewhere.
