Why do they all carry lighters (read info please)

well im sure that there are certin things that gibbs would have his team carry because after all we are talking about gibbs. And Gibbs smokes im pretty sure he did when he was in mexico with franks.

In one of the earlier episodes, Tony asks Gibbs if he can borrow his lighter and Gibbs asks him where his is. Indicating that he expects his team to always have a lighter in case they need one.

cause they probably do smoke, its just smoking its allowed on tv anymore cause it has bad influences on children!
