Yes, he does marry Hannah Abbott, and he is currently teaching Herbology at Hogwarts.

JK Rowling confirmed that (in book canon, at least) Neville marries Hannah Abbott, a Hufflepuff from their year. He teaches Herbology while she runs the Leaky Cauldron. The films seem to suggest him with Luna at least temporarily though.
