(The Officer X Factor) Why did they drain all the water in the zoo?

I think Alice did it for her own selfish reasons. I don't see what other reason there was, considering it was never revealed. That should have cost her her job. :P

Maybe it is a water overusage thing. It could be likely that, on such a hot day, a lot of people in the city سے طرف کی the خلیج, کھاڑی could've used a lot of water, causing a decreasing amount to be available in the zoo and eventually causing all the water in the zoo to be gone for a while
