Which pokemon is good enough to give the ability Speed Boost ?

I seen many people online in Black and White using hacked pokemon with the action replay . I need to know other abilities that would work with certain pokemon .

I got a few like Slaking with Speed Boost and having a Power Herb . It becomes faster and faster, it's speed get's higher and can knock out many pokemon and the اقدام focus مککا, عجیب الخلقت doesn't have to be charged because of the Power Herb .

And Bug/Steel type pokemon with Wonder Guard . And گھاس type pokemon with Flash آگ کے, آگ ability . Also آگ کے, آگ type pokemon with Water Absorb .
