Meebo says im offline, so how do i get ONLINE??

This is how I did it,

1. Try turning it on,
2. Make a new tab that has Fanpop.
3. Use that tab to go turn off your IM
4. Go to the first tab and turn it back on

Last, try and turn it on again.
