Definitely type in regular English. I honestly hate it when people type everything all abbreviated. There's no use for it! All they have to do is just use their fingers to push a couple extra keys to make a nice sentence. Unless آپ have a really slow laptop that doesn't allow آپ to type many letters at once, آپ shouldn't be typing that way. I guess some people find that they can type faster that way, but truthfully, I type faster writing just in normal English. Same thing with texting. Sometimes the abbreviations people do with their words are so unfathomable. Just type in plain English, guys. It's not that hard. lol.
