Need a girl advise........

This summer i put ob a loooot of fattt!
everything i ate went straight down to my thighs butts and belly!
im tooooo busy i studies n don't plan to go for weight loss.....until march!
so can u help me with cloths.i want to hide my fats as far as possible what shud i wear???

Wear black, it's very slimming. Don't wear short skirts یا short sleeved t-shirts because that would دکھائیں it off. Also if you're really self concious, go on a diet to loose the weight. :)

Really? :O but like i کہا if آپ really want to lose the weight, i suggest a diet, please don't starve yourself though like i did not that long پہلے and nearly ended up anorexic. I didn't even need to go on a diet i was only 102lbs.

Always start slow and when آپ feel like آپ can just go a bit more!! Until آپ get to were آپ want to be in life!!!

So in ending start now being good for آپ and make the time for you!!! Be healthier with food and working out it also helps with feelings inside and being smarter in your brain!!
Another thing my friend said, "You are what آپ eat"!!!
"Good Luck and be smart for you"!!!
