Do آپ believe that it is bad for آپ to hold in negative emotions?

Like, grief for a lost loved one that آپ were exceedingly close to? آپ were bullied and آپ have all of that hurt and anger? Emotions like that. Do آپ believe that if آپ never once expressed them and held them inside آپ until they seemed to have dissipated, that this can affect آپ in very negative ways? :(

Yes 100%. Being depressed is a choice. Being temporarily sad and being depressed are 2 different things.
