-Press the "Print Screen" key, on the سب, سب سے اوپر right corner of your keyboard. Open the paint program, یا bitmap image یا whatever, then copy and paste it with Ctrl + v.

-Use a camera.

The way I do it is سے طرف کی pressing ctrl(just below shift key) and print screen at the same time. Then I open it up in an image manipulation program, press "paste", and save as either a .jpg .png یا .gif file. I would suggest .jpg یا .png over .gif though.
