آپ can buy her a t-short that she'd like. یا a bracelet with her name on it, یا a "bestfriend" necklace/bracelet would be nice. Actually, if I were you, I'd buy a "bestfriend" ہار something like in the picture and it would not cost too much either :)

Ummm....u can give her a beautiful card saying her thanks for everything& can also give her a nice boquet of flowers with it!

آپ can give her a present like what is her favourite thing fashion,drwaing,etc get her anything she likes that dosen't cost so much like a necklace,make-up?

Well, I would suggest giving her something meaningful. Obviously, you're her friend, so آپ must know her likes and dislikes. If I were you, I'd pay attention to what she likes یا dislikes and get her something that is of value to her. Also, if آپ would like to دکھائیں your appreciation, maybe آپ could earn a little money doing some work یا whatever suits آپ best, and pay for her ice cream for a change. She'd notice that you're acknowledging her generosity and simply returning the kind favor. آپ could even ask her, personally, "How can I repay آپ for your kindness?" That could work as well.
