I don't understand his logic

So i was in PE today stretching

the boy ahead of me who i like talking to asked "Can آپ lick my hand? Its hot"

I کہا "What? No way"

He then کہا "Can آپ lick your finger and wet it on my hand?"

I کہا "No"

Then he asked "Do آپ hate me?"

Didn't understand his logic there.
